Chef Sam Choy, culinary ambassador of the islands of Hawaii, has made 4 Copas part of his Ohana, or family. Sharing many of the same values from the desire for community wellness and charity, to the pursuit of excellence in food quality and taste, Chef Sam and 4 copas have proved to be a great match.
